There was NO rocking anything! It was STUCK, STUCK, STUCK! The wheels would not turn an inch.  The snow locked the wheels in place, not to mention it was high centered like a mother.  The pictures were a day after the snow storm and after I dug out to get in the drivers door.  It was TERRIBLE.  A stupid Dodge had to pull me out.

How did it get high centered?  Did it snow from the ground up?

Well there was a terrible blizzard and I could not see ANYTHING.  I was pulling into this parking lot at a pretty good rate of speed because I couldn't see any tire tracks.  Well the reason there was NO tire tracks is because there was a 4 foot snow drift in the way that I couldn't see.  So after plowing about half way through that my truck just stopped.  It was totally perched on the sweet snow/ice drift.  It was actually pretty awesome to see.  I wish it would not have been so damn cold and windy I would have had some get pix.

Then there's nothing to be ashamed about having a Dodge pull you out with conditions like that.  Maybe you can return the favour someday(and then get pics). At least you can be thankful for the nice tow hooks the H3 has, they probably made it simple.

It was our 1st of three huge blizzards in the month of December that dropped over a foot of snow each time.  It sucked bad they all happened in back to back to back weekends.  Needless to say the month of December was pretty chitty around these parts.

I tried every gear, every 4 wheel drive setting, traction control off, traction control on.  I could NOT break the wheels loose.  My friend and I sat in the truck a while trying to get it unstuck or try to convince some one to come pull us out, and in the 20-30 minutes we sat in there we could not even get out.  He had to crawl out of the sun roof! The doors we buried.

How can you call THAT chitty!?!?  I'd kill for 3 weekends back to back like that ... then again, I prolly have somewhat of an illness when it comes to that stuff LOL!  The worse the roads are, the more I enjoy it ... especially since it lends it self to some nice rides through the woods ... would be boring without 1-1.5 feet of snow :-)
