I have a 2003 H2 that I am having probelms with. Here is the scenario:

The truck will not keep a charge so I went to AutoZone and got an alternator and battery check and both were fine. It appears that the radio(not after market) is still drawing power after the car shuts off. Right before this all happened someone tried to force a CD into the 6-dics inserter and I believe that is what screwed up the stereo. At this point I can jump the car no problems but it has no juice after a few hours. This is not covered anymore with my warranty so I was hoping to just fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Try taking the fuse out of the radio to see if that is your only problem.  I would guess it is something else also.  Check everything in the H2 including the glovebox light.  If you still can't find it, take off the + cable and put a volt meter between the battery post and + cable.  Look at the volt draw and start pulling fuses one at a time till you find the problem.

have you tried disconnecting the battery for a while?  i know it's dying enough so you can't start it, but completely disconnecting power may reset the stereo.  it does always have power, but shouldn't be enough to kill the battery, unless it's still operational after you shut off the truck and open the doors.  not sure about trying this, but someone with an H3 mentioned disconnecting both leads from the battery, then touching them together.  just make sure both leads are totally disconnected from the battery, otherwise it will be more than just power supply capacitors discharging that you'll have to worry about.
