I have a question that some other members here may be able to answer regarding your possible next project.  You said that after you get the mini grill installed with the body color backing, you may try the same on the mini side grill inserts you have.  Are these vents on the sides not there to direct air into the wheel cavity to cool the brakes and also for the cold air intake on the passenger side?  If so, my question is, would blocking them off pose any kind of risk/performace problem?

I believe they are there for looks.  Block them off, take them off, won't make a difference.

the reason for blocking them off is for a cleaner look w/ this



Where did you get that chrome grill i like that no screw holes.
Does it bolt on from the inside

Now that is really sharp, I like it alot.  What did you use behind the chrome?  I'd like to do that to mine.
