My uncle decided to leave the hustle of everyday life in the DC area and built a log cabin in the mountains in New Hampshire.  I took a week off last fall and paid him a little visit.  Here are some pics I took.  They were all taken while standing out on his deck, so needless to say he has some very nice views.

Damn.  My wife would flip if she saw that.  She wants a log house or cabin more then anything, and she's only 22!  Everytime she sees one she damn near has a heart attack lol. 

Very nice.  Looks like a scene from Into the West or Dances with Wolves.
