As a Hummer owner I feel I have to state my disgust with vehicles of this type.  I mean, what kind of person buys these kinds of things!  They cost more than a house, and clearly have no useful purpose other than to say "Look at me in my HUGE truck".  And mileage!  It's a good thing they can tow, as they are going to need to haul a tanker around just to get between towns! I can hear the oil fields draining just to start one up!.  And talk about dangerous, I'd hate to be in the poor, gentle Hummer that is on the receiving end of getting run down by these things!  Just wait till the soccer moms get wind of them, then they'll be parked in every garage in suburbia.

NAY, I say.  Forget these terrible, grandiose, petrol guzzling, useless, death machines, and make the responsible choice, Buy a HUMMER!!!.

I think the target market for those truck would be utility companies who need a 4X4 truck to get to some of thier sites, and Hot-Shot drivers who deliver loads with trailers where the load isn't worth a big truck's time, or too time sensitive to sit on the dock of a LTL company. The military is also looking at them too.

Wow... never thought of it that way, those things are just death machines...

still... I like..

funny the marketing behind these things... they even anounce and advertise as the vehicle that someone wants and really doesn't need.... course the real truth is the vehicle productioin numbers to qualify for "military" bids...
