Not I, but have a really good friend (yes, older the Dennis even [:D]) that was in nam.  There was a book written about their group.   Toughest marine to hit the dirt.

Hey Dennis.  My sister went to the Navy's nuclear power school program, and has now worked her way up to Navigator on her new destroyer.  I forgot what ship since she just took the position a month ago.    She is one of only a few female navigators ever in the Navy.  She's only 27.  She also just went to JAG school so she's doing double duty on this new ship.

Cool..Wish they would've let women on board ship when I was in..I was On a Carrier (USS America)

1997-2001 USMC Reserve MOS- what ever a grunt can do around a reserve engineer battalion headquarters
2003- 2005 USMC Reserve MOS-1361 Drafter/surveyor, 1 tour in Iraq
