It is a very nice change and the placement is perfect. We had a 06 H3 in for a wire harness problem in the drivers door and we replaced the harness but the harness we got was to short to reach the switchs. I believe it was a 07 harness for the new style panels so the original 06 early 07 harness is longer so should work. I would think as long as the switchs are the same part number all you would need are new front door panels. I will be looking into this soon.
