Not sure what the total draw is with all that stuff but I had very similar problems in my old Avalanche .. I loaded up the OEM alternator waaaaaaay too heavily with A/V equipment. With the stereo going during the day, zero issues. At night with the headlights kicked on, plus stereo .. bass amp tripped my aux circuit I dunno how many times before I got an additional alternator/battery setup. Not sure why it would stall out or not turn over one second and then work fine the next .. faulty ground at the block?? Anyone got the output of the OEM alternator?!?! I'm guessing 105 or 115 amp .. someone chime in?

I checked my terminals and they are a little loose but the bolt is as tight as it goes. I think because I have too many pieces held on in the bolt. Is there a super heavy duty distribution block or something I could use to clean up my terminal connectors?

Definately found the problem. It wouldnt start today and I wiggled the + terminal and sure enough, it was loose enough to not be making a good connection. Guess I need to clean up my wires a little more.
