I have been running a Nissan website for some time, and people rave about my service, so I expect the same here! LOL!

brian, welcome. i noticed you don't carry roof racks. I don't need cheap, but since i won't be putting my spare or anything excessively heavy on it, I'd like to stay under $1k. i saw a place in reno advertised in the hummerclub mag, but they don't return info requests. if you have anything like that, i'm sure i'll find it eventually on your site, looked good when i first checked it out.

H2. i've got the hummer standard roof rails, with a third rail up front holding 4 lights. looking for a rack that would replace the 2 back rails without removing the front rail that holds the lights. this particular forum won't let me post pics, but i'll post one showing how they're laid out on the H2 specific forum.

Shortbus, just curious, why would you want to replace the two back rails?
Also, welcome back, where had you been? I hadn't seen you at the other forum either.

thanks, nice to know i've been missed. however, i've been here just about every day, just reading though. if i don't see anything new i usually don't log in. the problem with that, i've found, is when there are a few responses and the last from the same person i saw last time.

forgot to answer the other question about the rails. not so much that i want to get rid of the rails, but want a rack more. i'd rather not carry gas cans inside, and i'm sure there's other reasons to need a rack, i just haven't figured those out yet. since i can't park in the garage as it is, clearance isn't an issue. plus, when we're towing the camper, i can't get into the back of the bus, so for long trips i'd like to have easy access to stuff just in case. part of me just wants the bus to look different than the others around, since i can't keep it coated in mud year round here in CA. but, rainy season is coming soon, so look for some color shots coming up after a few rains.

Ok, sorry took me so long, was waiting for a shipment quote. The Manik rear roof rack should work perfectly for you, I will post a pic in the reply to the H2 only forum.. WITH shipping, special is 809.99
which includes the heavy freight charge....

Here's another opinion. I bought an iPod Adapter from this guy and after two weeks, it stopped working. After I got the confirmation that he recieved the unit, I sent him 4 emails. No reply. I sent him photos of the error messages from the unit. I also sent him a photo of the ground wire bolted to the chasis. No reply. When I called and asked why he ignored my email, he said he was "busy". He did not offer to replace the unit. He said he would send it to Clarion. When I asked him how long it would take, he said he didn't know. He told me to send the harnesses back for a refund. I have already spent over $80 on shipping for this device and now he wants me to spend another $30 so I can get my money back? Plus I have to rip up the dash again. I want a new unit and I want it now.
