Just had my local frame and alignment shop install the new Ready Lift kit on my H3 and what a difference. I had originally tweeked the torsion bars to obtain a level look but the ride was awful. I read about the new Ready Lift kit for the H3 and thought I would give it a try. I have got to say, I made the right decision. The look is awesome, leveled front to back and I can't tell a bit of difference from the original ride. Parts and install including alignment ran me 350.00 well spent dollars. Glad it worked out for you. I went with the similar TRUXXX kit and have experienced similar bliss. Leved front to rear and no ride change. There are obviously two schools of thought on which technique is best, but what really matters is that you are satisfied. Looking forward to the pics.

I recently turned my t-bars and I noticed a minor "clank" sound when I go over bumps or turn my wheel all the way to either direction.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I made a mark on the bolt and did 3 complete turns counter clockwise, is that too much?

After my Leveling Kit was installed I too noticed a "clank" when breaking hard or hitting large bumps. I brought it back to the suspension shop and they lubricated the keys-- problem solved.

Where on the keys is the lube needed?
Did they lube it with grease?

I believe grease. See the highlighted area in the pic-- I believe that they lubed the entire bottom section of the key.
