Turnin the t-bars is very very easy and anyone can do it in about 5 minutes. You don't need to lift the front end, just crawl under the truck (go under the drivers and passenger door are). Look up and you will see a big bolt head, using a 1 1/8 (If I remember right) socket turn teh head clockwise three turns each side. This will level off the front. Some have gone as many as 6-8 turns but 3 turns should be all you need.

Half inch drive 1-1/16 socket.  3 - 3.5 turns should be plenty..  Check the level left to right before starting..  You may find the truck is lopsided by up to an inch..   Raise the low side to equal the high side and then start counting up..  You might want to do this one turn at a time, taking the truck for ride between each turn..   Then of course take it in for and alignment...  Dependig on how you plan on using the truck (off-road a lot)..  Check one of the Firestone Mastercare centers for the alingment..  They have a lifetime (of you owning the truck) alignment deal for about $140..
