Hey all, I finally got some snow in my area , and the H3 handles like a dream in the bad snow conditions. What I hate is my impulsiveness to allways have a clean vehicle..impossible in these conditions. I find myself rinsing 'er off at least every other day , if not daily...just wondering whats your cleaning habits are during winter. P.s. anyone know anything about garage door openers ? It seems once my temperture in my area drops below 30 degrees , my automatic garage door opener wont work. It'll open a couple of feet and stop. Sometimes if I can hit close , than the open button really quick it will open a little further than stop again ? It seems the colder it is the more it acts up.Thanks for any advise...............shawnnlivier

Yeah.. What Dennis said.. Just give the hinges a shot of WD40.. Wouldn't hurt to open up the opener case and make sure the gears are well lubed.. Wouldn't use WD40 in there though.. Not sure about the rest of 'em in the world, but a little dollop of grease does mine a world of good...

I have a pair of sealskinz (waterproof gloves) that I used to keep my hands from freezing while washing the truck. Man was it cold out. I am not sure if I'm compulsive or crazy. I'm looking into some fender flairs (if available) to help keep all of the road schmutz off of the body so that I can get dirty and be clean at the same time. Am I making any sense?
