Got a XM ready radio, 6 disc cd changer from ebay, I thought I could just take my base cd player on and replace it with the xm ready radio and subscribe and have xm radio, installation guy now telling me need to purchase a GM XM tuner module for 150, anyone know any info on this, any information can help. Thank You

your radio that you pulled out of the hummer was also xm ready

you need this part for xm through the radio
