I hate to say it,  as I'm not much into bling and things..But that GOLD sorta looks really good..Like all those Lexus's and stuff that gold plate all their accents...I could dig it...WERD!

I agree as well.  Chrome gives a nice "clean" way to make things look more luxury or offer highlights, and creates a certain "bling" look. I think the gold also looks good, but due to the fact we aren't used to seeing it this way, creates an awkward first impression, but actually grows on you.  It would be somehing to see this close up, as photos don't feed all the senses. Looks quite exotic IMO.
