Anyone have any insight on the 2007's....we are holding out to see if there are any changes; whether big or small, or at least some color changes. Our main concern is finding out when they will be coming out. Thanks in advance for any help.

I can tell you it will be clean right out of the factory and the 2007 H3 will still have only one engine option, but it will be a 3.7L not the 3.5L that is offered on the '06. It will have approx. 25 more HP (not sure of torque rating at this time.

The 5.3L V8 will not be out until '08, unless testing is finished before and launched after January as a mid-'07 model, but honestly, don't look for one until '08 since it is still in testing stage. It might also be connected to a new transmission, but not confirmed if production would be available for this tranny.

The diesel probably will never make it to the states, that is still way up in the air. Marketing sees no reason for a diesel in the states. The Isuzu is used for the European market and exported from South Africa's plant....Other than that, really don't know

Is the 3.7L going to be a V-6? And do you know of any release dates? Thanks

Thankfully I waited until the 07's so I can get the 3.7L. As soon as the pricing comes out I am going to go and order ours. I wouldn't mind some other color options. According to my sales rep, the orders will be placed the second half of June, with delivery at the end of July (at the earliest), maybe August or possibly September (worst case scenerio). The extra 20 HP will help in towing our sleds up north in the winter and I am glad I waited. No torque specs as of yet, but I wish they would hurry with the pricing already!

Happy Hummin' y'all!!!!

All the 07 info has been on the 2007 gm ordering guide for over a month now. There is a dyno chart of the 3.7

Nope..But I know someone on the inside of GM that has the poop before the public release...

BTW; everyone with Cracked roof rails..the new ones are now availble to replace the old ones that are cracked..Even if they are not cracked get them all replaced including the front window trim. you should enquire to the replacements as I understand they even fit better.

There are a couple new colors coming out too. Sonoma Red Metallic and Desert Orange Metallic. They are also dropping the green.

Has anyone gotten the new rails and trim yet and is it holding up? I got the H3 only 3 weels ago and there is the infamous crack starting on the drivers side. Also have to take it in for the sunroof. It's not working. I checked the fuse #9. It also powers the front washer pump, which is working OK.

The diesel engine might be developed I just read it in a 4x4 mag... GM said they are thinking about it for 08 and has for a V8 they have no plans to make one the only thing they might make is a high output V6. Just trying to stop the rumor mill.
