I got the stock mud flaps at the dealer and installed them myself. They are quite easy to install if you have a drill and a few simple tools. They're attractive and seem to hold up well. However, I guess it depends on if you put the truck in the mud or the snow a lot, which I don't.. I mainly use them to keep the tire spray off the paint. FDT

Just got the mudflaps... I'm a little dissappointed because they don't look anything like the ones pictured in the auction, but they are authentic Huskys and appear to be very high quality. Looks like a pretty easy install. The fronts require 3 holes drilled and the rears require one. Other than that, they use factory holes. It looks like I will be overcoming my fear of drilling on my vehicles! I will probably be installing them this weekend, so I'll post an update then.

Yes, they are the same...I think the pic on the auction was of an H2. I liked the squared off look, but it isn't a big deal.

RutDogg, When you drilled the holes, did you use silicone or anything similar to protect from rust?

That makes me feel a little better about drilling into my new Hummer!
