Not to hijack the thread, but my local Hummer dealer is sponsoring a 'Hummer Happening' on February 10th & 11th in Borrego Springs, CA. There is a moderate fee involved to cover expenses for the hotel, meals, etc., but there will be several other Hummer owners out there who will also be gaining some additional 'off-road' driving experience. Since I'm unsure if it's appropriate or not to post the contact particulars per forum guidelines, just PM me if you're interested and I'll reply with the contact name and telephone number. Although I've attended several vehicle-related events throughout the years, this will be my first official Hummer event and I'm really looking forward to it. Besides, I'd really like to see what my H2 can do 'off-road-wise' while being taught by those who have had prior Hummer 'off-road' driving experience.

Just got back I was having to much fun to take any pics. My friends took plenty I'll post when I get them.

The trip in CA sounds fun. I'll have to see if I can get out that way. I won't know until  it gets a little closer to the date. Do you know what the fee is?
