Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with cold air intakes for the 3.7L H3.  I've been thinking of getting one, but I'm not sure which one is the best.  I'd like something that can install/uninstall easily.  Please share your experiences.

Thanks

-C

Hey Doc,

Personally I perfer the K&N brand...Use P/N #63-1095, if you're interested.

I'll be honest, it has a little intake roar on heavy throttle and quiet otherwise, but I like the sound..

Thanks Dennis!  How noticable are the changes in performance and fuel economy?

Seems like K&N is the way to go.  It looks like the intake works on both the 06' and the 07' engine. It this correct?

Didn't they change the engine in the H3 for 07?  Then it may be different I would think.

I'm not a 100% sure, but I don't thing the intake changed any...from 06 to 07..

Take a look at my picture above and open your hood and see if the area looks the same.

Yes it looks the same, and I haven't seen any 07' specific intakes.  So maybe it works for both engines....Looks like I'll be doing a little more research, but you can't beat the price on the K&N!

Great price... The installation looks pretty easy.  Am I right?
