Unless it's got something all the others don't ... 300 is a bit much.  I have contacted the seller of the TrueFlow intakes, and they seemed interested in putting something together for us in a form or a group buy or something similar.  I'll let you guys and girls know how it pans out.

DrCarver, how do you get the "special"?  The only promo code I saw was "shift" but that's just $20 which puts it at $298.95.

Granted you get a lot of hardware with the Volant for the money but I wonder if it's really any better than the True Flow system?

Looks like the unit replaces the stock breahter box with a custom one but still uses the same intake hole in the right fender for cold air. Pretty pricey IMO. However, I think it's still a better deal than an Airaid system.

I wonder if K&N is watching this thread?

I ordered over the phone, and they said it was "today's special."  I'm sure if you called in, you could get the hook up.

I got AEM. Got more power and increase in mileage. The engine roars nicely, the car feels real peppy when you nail it on the freeway which was an area where the h2 felt sluggish before and it was pretty simple overall to install. Although there are other hummer cold air intake, i would still choose aem or volant.

I heard on some other Forum that K&N was asking for an 07 H3 for testing.  Hope it will be soon.
