Hummer Salute?

n0m4d -> Hummer Salute? (1/11/2007 11:22:21 AM)

I got my first “Hummer Salute” this morning from a gentleman driving a Mazda wagon.  I was sitting at a light and he was in the opposite lane.  As soon as the light turned green he dropped a double bird on me, even pivoting when I drove by to ensure I got a complete view of his abnormally long middle fingers.   I was running a half hour late this morning and may do the same tomorrow in hopes of seeing him again.  If you need illustrations there are some shining examples on FUH3.com   How often does this happen to everyone else?

Haven't been saluted... Have been told to stop "tearing up the beach"... when I haven't driven over 5mph 4 wheeling...

Fireman -> RE: Hummer Salute? (1/11/2007 11:47:43 AM)

Dude, that's awsome! [:)] If you see him around again.. give him the "fireman" salute..

Put your foot in his arse... [;)]

So far no "salutes" for us, that I've seen.

ZYNE -> RE: Hummer Salute? (1/11/2007 11:48:27 AM)

I get the salute every once in a while, usually from kids in their fart can equipped Civic's but I've also received a couple of double salutes ... Last night on my way home from the office I received said salute, well double salute; after a gentlman in a #$%^@#$ TAHOE gave me the evil eye at a red light for a while.  I was turning left and got my arrow before he got his green and as I passed him he turned and saluted me!
Normally I don't think much of it but that one threw me off.  Seriously, a Tahoe owner/driver!?!?!  Is it just me or does anyone else think thats kind of like the pot calling the kettle black!?  I have NO probles getting saluted by those tree huggin' eco terrorists, they know no better but a guy in a TAHOE?!!!

Maybe he was smiling at you while he was doing it [:D]

I wonder if the H3 could drive up onto a car (totally hypothetical) like a civic.  As in all 4 wheels off the ground.  Maybe I can start a new website called stuffonmyhybrid.com

I think in this case the "Fireman Salute" should be shoving a hose up his ass and turning it on full blast!

Disnydad -> RE: Hummer Salute? (1/11/2007 7:25:32 PM)

Just one guy in a beat up Honda Accord has "saluted" me a couple of times.

williecee -> RE: Hummer Salute? (1/11/2007 7:27:06 PM)

I have not been saluted with the #1, but I have gotten some thumbs up a couple times. People have asked questions and boy did they get the answers. One babe at work liked mine and we went for a ride in the snow and ice. SOLD..... 3 days later she bought an X. BTW--- once saluted with the #1. salute back with the little finger. IT IS FOR THOSE THAT DON'T DESERVE THE VERY BEST........

Dennis -> RE: Hummer Salute? (1/11/2007 7:28:12 PM)

Never been saluted (yet) God help them if one does, cuz I'll chase them down and follow them to their door step if I do....May I call one of you kind friends for bail?[:D][:D]
