Hello fellow hummer friends, Im so stoked i pick my 03 h2 up on thursday,
Its the military green, with killer sounds sytem. Alpine and FOCAL every where!
I want to know does adding filter charger sysytem and different exhaust help on gas milage?
Not  a really big deal but a way to justify to the wife why i need to change exhaust and intake!!LOL

First, cool rig and congrats.  I personally haven't done anything like that to mine, but what I've read on here from some of the bro's who have, it seems quite varied.  Some have actually lost some mpg, but I have yet to see any significant mpg increases.

Hello and Welcome!!! Cool Colour!!

I have the Volant CAI and the Magnaflow Exhaust. MPG gains were minor because the rig is so much more responsive that I drive her a LITTLE HARDER!!!

Do what I did, change the exhaust and DON'T TELL!!! The wife NEVER new I did it!! Same with the CAI, I bought it and had it installed at the dealership while they were doing Warrany Stuff!!

Oh and BTW, CHROME!!!!!!!

Very nice looking rig.

I have added an exhaust and tried a intake kit...............No diff other than sound, and a little more hp.

Welcome Andy..

To further your justification for the H2 add-ons with your wife..tell her it will give you a surge of testosterone and that means more hanky-panky for her in the chambre à coucher. oui, oui.

i don't think there's anything you can do to improve the mileage on an H2.  it is what it is, you'll end up getting used to it.  a new exhaust will make it sound sweeter, and a new intake system ( filter or complete change-out) will save money on air filters, but that's all you can hope for.  you could buy a programmer and change your tire size to something smaller than you have, that will make the computer read differently, but you'll still be stopping at the gas station just as often.

as for the outside, i'm probably not qualified to offer an opinion on this forum on looks, unless trail pinstriping is your idea of decorations . . . .
