Today is my 1st aniversary for my H3. 24500 miles no major problems, Tires still have about have of their tread
still. MPG is about 16 with mixed driving. A few minor problems roof rail trim cracked, noise from windsheild area at
high speed, this noise is on the drivers side I think it has to do with the cracked trim the piece of trim, the trim on the windshield pillar
is loose right where it attaches to the roof rail trim. Over all I am very happy with the H3.

It's great that your truck is doing good. About that trim there is a bulletin on these pieces cracking and a new part number for the effected pieces. If you have roof marker lites that could be your high speed noise also. Steve

Thanks H3X442 I know about the service bulltain on the roof trim have not had achance to bring it in yet.
I dont have roof marker lights. The noise happens above 80 mph with a tail wind or no wind or about 65 mph
when driving into a strong headwind. Do you have a 442? One of my alltime favorites cars is the 1970 442 conv.
Used to have a 76 Cuttlas Supreme.

Yes I do have several Oldsmobile 442's, 2 67 442 ht's,68 442 convertible (currently doing a frame off on it),70 442,70 cutlass "S" race car and a 73 442. I wanted a 70 442 convertible but my wife liked the 68 so thats what I got. You can see my cars on my web page http://69.205.125.5 . I know when the wind was real bad the last couple days that my truck was noisy but otherwise is very quiet. Steve
