Yeah, it's hard to deal with all the bad stuff at first. But you learn to just deal with it, and after a point you hardly think about it. If I were to internalize ever bad thing that happened I'd be a basket case. But, seeing little kids get hurt or killed is still hard... even if it's not as hard as it used to be. I've been known to go out and buy a load of toys and take to a little kid that's been hurt. Only my wife, and the guys at my station know about it .. it's not something I toot my own horn about. But, when some poor kid has a really bad day, I like to try and errase it with a better than normal day. Plus, usually the last time I saw the kid was when they were severly injured, so it's nice to change that into seeing them last, with a big grin.

But, for all the bad stuff we see .. I still can't think of anything else I'd rather do. I guess if I had the option, I'd like to try my hand at being a go-zillioniare.

Hell yeah, ... what's the point of having go-zillions of dollars, if you don't have plenty of friends to help you blow it?!

That's if my 9 yo daughter didn't spend it all on clothes and shoes the first day.
