Its just starting to snow here in SW Michigan!! Were supposed to get a foot by tomorrow afternoon and then the lake effect kicks in!!! CANT WAIT!!
Being a snowboarder, I do about 90% of my long distance road trips in the snow..I cant WAIT to try it out

It was AWESOME in the H2, but everyone else DROVE LIKE PUSSIES!!!

We're supposed to get another 10 inches in the next 2 days!!

Yea, Chris and I are basking in the heat here in Pittsburgh. I think it's short lived though. Hey Dennis, did you turn your traction control off?

It actually looks like it's taking more of a northern route looking at the doppler ... one can only hope it misses us :-) 2 inches of snow down here and the whole friggin city goes insane ... it was sad enough this morning, I think every other driver left their common sense at home :/

Last time we had a real winter storm hit us here was 2 years ago I believe. We were supposed to get 8-12 inches over night so of course everyone and their brother made a mad dash to the grocery store to stock up *duh*. The 8-12 turned in to just over 18 inches over night and pretty much the whole city shut down ... This was on a Thursday. It took until the following Tuesday before they even plowed through our apartment complex so we could get in and out. Now, with this said .. I'm Swedish, I grew up over there and I've seen some SNOW in my life!!!! It was a common sight to see 3 feet of snow on the ground and just walk ways cut through it ... I'm absolutely AMAZED at how folks here in Cincinnati act with only an inch or two on the ground, wtf is up with this!?!?! If we had school closings as a result of 1-2 inches of snow back overseas, we'd never go to school during the winter ... this whole area needs a serious lesson in winter driving LOL!!!!

Looks like this stom may just miss us here in SW Ohio :( I was looking forward to at least a LITTLE bit to play in :/

Well since the Steeler's are out of it, I pull for anyone who is playing against the Raven's. No offence to the Ravens fans of course.

What a rip!!! I was supposed to get over a foot and I barely got 2 inches!!! Everybody was planning on this huge blizzard though so my university actually closed for the whole day!! They even have thier own road crew to plow the roads...I didnt get that call but typical michigan meteorologists to completely miss the mark. So I'm still waiting for a worthy snow to test it out in!
