ORIGINAL: naluboy Thinking of picking that one up as well, is it true though that even with reindexed keys and longer shocks that you still are reducing the life of other front suspension components. I was thinking of picking a set up off of ebay and just purchasing longer shocks but the guy that was going to do the install told me that I still run the risk of breaking something else. After speaking to the guys at Truxx and KodiacCustoms (who will be installing it for me), by utilizing the re-indexed keys there is no need for longer shocks, larger coils, or anything else. The entire system will essentially remain stock and just change the anchor points, hence raising the body 2" without placing any stress on anything else. This is why I personally have chosen to go this route ($$$) instead of just tightening the torsion bars (free). I am afraid, and possibly irrationally so, that tightening the bars will have some negative effect which may surface later. Note that if you do chose to tighten the bars you will need an alignment and longer shocks to compensate for the extension without hurting ride quality.
