min-pin's are awesome dogs, if you like yappy lap styles. aside from a chihuahua, probably the only dog that could have fit his jaws in the door . . . .

never had a tiny dog until my rottweiler started acting nasty toward my daughter when she was learning to walk. loved the dog, but couldn't risk that. wound up getting a pug, one of the coolest dogs i've had. got a boxer now, and 2 mini doxies. good rat dogs, all 3. the boxer steps on them and waits for the doxie to show up to finish it off. only small dog i have a serious dislike for is a poodle, something about them just makes me angry.

Poodles...Uugg! hate those critters, I think they were used as dog-food for a Dobbie at a time during the The Third Reich ..LOL

hehe Poodle is not really that small of a dog, i am more hating those tiny little things. But poodles I never liked either but just for the look. others i just dont like to character or look, all they do is yup all day and have a peanut for a brain..... I am planning on getting a german shephard in the next year or two and I am planning on training him to eat smaller dogs like the one in the movie and all other cat sized pooches that yup too much :D

You guys crack me up!! I came back to check on Raffi's dilema with his H3 and found you bashing little dogs! I'm a huge Rottie fan and dog lover. Have to agree with disliking poodles and some little yappy dogs! Dennis, that's too bad you had that kind of experience with Rotties as they are awesome dogs.

I really want to buy an H3 some time in October, but am hearing some distrubing things. If you had the chance to buy the H3 over again, would you?? Should I run for the hills and buy a hyundai???

Hi Ditty..

You have me confused with Shortbus...I like most all dogs, even pit bulls if they are properly raised...But on the other hand Poodles are a mess.

About your concerns whether to buy an H3...My answer is YES without a doubt...I've researched these cars since they came out last Spring..They are solid and built well with a good fit and finish to details..The majority of the problems are common to FIRST year models if you want to call them problems, they have been;

(With an exception is RAFFI, his dealer causes more problems with his LEMON than they fix)

(The following are rare but noted in some cases)

1. TPM (Tire pressure monitor) Easy fix!

2. Squeaks and rattles..All that I've read about have been fixed.

3. Wind noise..Fixed with replacement parts.

4. Small Cracking in the roof molding..Fix is underway by GM

5. A very rare problem with the rear differential locking sensor..Fixable with no return problems.

6. A very Rare problem with a Transfer case Control motor..Problem is fixable (current delay in replacement parts)

I can't think of anymore right now, but note, none of the issues has left anyone stranded..This list is benign to say the least and ANY car maker will have a host of problems with a first year model..I think these issues are minor and nothing to discourage you from buying an H3...

Plus side..I can go to any GM dealer for about any fluid or part and don't need to go to a HUMMER dealer specifically...Try doing that with a Euro-Asian car

Ha ha ha! I'll work on trying to figure everyone out and who the trouble makers are!

I'm in California, where are all you boys from? Hoping to get an H3 or H3x October/November this year. Have a lease I need to finish up. I can't wait to buy a Hummer. Dennis, thanks for the info, it's helpful. I'll keep checking the site for updates.

Harley? Did someone say harley? Who wants to go riding?! I've got a 97 Fatboy and several friends that are willing to ride anytime. Where at in Sac? I'm in Hell, I mean the Bay Area. Which dealer in Sac did you buy your Hummer from?
