Had to patch my tire because of a nail, will it hold up to off-road driving?

If you used this type of Plug/Patch combo..you'll be fine, as it all vulcanizes and seal the hole entirely

depends where it is really and what size. Alot of repairs tend to leak when you air down.

Just put your spare on while off roading and get the flat fixed properly when your done. It should be patched from the inside.

It was an inside patch done by the dealership. Good idea to switch with the spare though, thanks.
