I am looking for an H3 owner willing to let me have brief access to their rig for the purpose of developing an aftermarket goodie. I really just need to look it over, remove one easily accessible part to see what is beneath it, and take a few pics. Compensation is possible, at least a first prototype of the product I will be producing. Any interest? Thanks you for considering.

I am making a carbon fiber hood louver which would replace the OEM plastic louver.

Yes, it will replace the OEM cover. It will not snap, but will likely use threaded metric studs. It is the best way to secure the composite louver to your hood. No 3M tape. Are you in Oregon?

Any possibility in you snapping a couple digital pics of the hood from the inside and out with the OEM louver removed? That would be a good start for me. And I could let you know when I have a prototype done that you could check out. I will be offering them in regular carbon fiber, BLUE carbon/Kevlar, GREEN carbon/Kevlar, RED carbon/Kevlar, ORANGE carbon/Kevlar, and YELLOW carbon/Kevlar. I could even send you some samples of the colored material laminated so you could see what they actually look like. They would be slightly more money that regular carbon. I appreciate any help you could offer. I am just trying to avoid having to deal with a dealership and being obligated to them as a result. Thanks!!

Thanks for the website pics. That helps. I know what I can and can't do as far as attaching the louver to the hood. Finished product will be seen at www.creationcomposites.com in a few weeks. Thanks for the help.
