I just got a 2005 h2 and it does not have the navigation. It does have the bose with the option code y91. I'm thinking if getting on ebay and finding a used navigation to put in. What are the pluses and drawbacks of adding this and how hard is it too add? Anyideas of parts and part numbers needed?

It is VERY easy to add Nav to your Hummer. I have the Fujitsu AVN 30D. I had it installed by the dealer b ut after taking it out several times for other mods I see that I could have done this myself. You will need to buy an interface for the Nav system so that your OnStar still works. If you do a search here on Nav systems you will find all you need to know. I won't buy a car anymore without it already installed or without installing it myself!
