I just got a 2005 h2 and it does not have the navigation. It does have the bose with the option code y91. I'm thinking if getting on ebay and finding a used navigation to put in. What are the pluses and drawbacks of adding this and how hard is it too add? Anyideas of parts and part numbers needed?[8|]

It is VERY easy to add Nav to your Hummer. I have the Fujitsu AVN 30D. I had it installed by the dealer b ut after taking it out several times for other mods I see that I could have done this myself. You will need to buy an interface for the Nav system so that your OnStar still works. If you do a search here on Nav systems you will find all you need to know. I won't buy a car anymore without it already installed or without installing it myself!
