Hey everybody, I am Benjamin, 24 from the Pac. NW. Just bought my 2007 H3X last night and wanted to quickly find a forum to rejoice with my new found passion of Hummer. Anyhow, just a little about me, I work for Countrywide Mortgage, rather successful for being young and enjoy talking cars. AIM name is BFreedman372 so send me a hello!

It's not as much as the age/credit rating as it is the amount I borrowed LOL! Even with zero interest I'd be hit up for quite a bit every month. Lets put it this way ... our friends live out here and we stopped by their brand new house last 4th of july. About two weeks later we bought a house to order so to speak. Impulse shopping for houses is probably not the most brilliant financial decision you can make but we had to have this house! 4,400 sq feet livable with about another 700 I'm going to finish, stone floors in kitchen, sun room, dining room, all the bathrooms, hallway. Hardwood everywhere else. Stone counter tops, all stainless appliances, blah blah blah. Everything is custom with the exception of toilets and electrical outlets and switches. I don't understand moderation and for a first house I went way overboard even in my measurements, LOL! I have to admit though, it's the best bad decision I've made in my life. Having my second car loan out of the picture now does make things easier ... just a bit of a step up from having only a 1500/month rent to what I'm in now. I think I only got like 5.79% on the interest side but it still stings!
