Hey all,

I was looking at the chrome side air vents for the H2, and noticed there are no holes in it. Or at least the ones at the dealership didn't, they just had black lines painted under each lip to look like a "vent". Is that what they're supposed to look like? If so does the engine compartment get a little warmer w/ these installed? Any info is appreciated. Pics too... :)

Thanks man. Yea I figured they were aesthetic only, I only ask because the stock black plastic vents are actually engine compartment vents you can see into the engine compartment through. I'm wondering if living in So. Cal. and blocking those vents is such a good idea, even though it looks killer! I want em' but also wondering if anyone has noticed any more engine compartment heat w/ the chromes installed. Thanks again.
