I just installed a new gadget and it's realy awsome!
they took out the factory radio and they inserted the AVIC in the created void, since it's double DIN it fits perfectly, they had just to design a plastic cache around it to follow the rounded top corners

it looks like that

then they added a rear view camera

that the screen view ( I don't know if its visible enough)

This baby works with a 30 MB hard disk, the disk have a 10MB partition where you can register cd's (upto 300) or your own images.
BLUETOOTH is standard and you can upload your adress book from your mobile with one click.

It has an I-POD connection.
It reads DVD and you can connect it with two headrests 9'' wide screen ( that's my immediate intention for next week)
Last but not least, a map of all the Radar for Europe is integrated an can be upgraded via a DVD every year. ( I don(t believe that's very useful for the H3 anyway)
all in all is a fabulous gadget and I strongly recommand it.

I have an 06 H3 with the Lux package, and seriously wanting to install a nav system with Sirius sat radio, and a back up camera.  I am looking at the Pioneer with the 30 gig drive and a Panasonic with a 30 gig drive as well.  I am interested in any feedback you may have for me installing the system.  I want to retain my OnStar, because I have it on my Verizon Wireless share plan.  Also are there any concerns with interfacing an aftermarket system with the Monsoon system that came with the Hummer.  The sound is awesome right now, would really like to have a nav system, and Sirius sat radio tho.  Thanks for any help.
