ORIGINAL: BirdEye Little Monster, do you get a tiny bit o wind noise from your roof lights? Well now that you mention it yes I do get a low pitched wind noise like a window is cracked open a tad. It has been there since I got it. I noticed it for a while but it is only back ground noise now and does not bother me. Besides I can't really hear it over, Black Sabath, Van Halen, God Smack, Metalica, Motley Crue, Molley Hatchet, Alman Brothers, Ratt, Led Zeplin, ZZ Top, and the list goes on and on and on...pounding on the monsoon!

wish I was closer - I'm up in FSM, AR - got a sister in Ft. Worth...so I get there, but not often...your rig sounds like you are going to use it a lot off road - I'm DYING for my local Hummer Dealer to have an off road event soon. Best I could find was the hummer x club out of OKC - they are pretty active off road.... I went to Rocktoberfest in Cass, Ar it's a big event, national mags cover it,etc...last weekend - of course, only hummer.....going to Superlift park in Hot Springs, AR this coming weekend for an event called "God's challenge" I got in with a group called Christian Crawlers - they are pretty hard core...but I think this event is more stocker stuff....but I'm jazzed to see the park - it's been on TV so much on 4x4tv and off road adventures....I'm ready to bang the H3 and see if what that factory locker can do! :) let me know if you hear of anything your way - or even someplaces in the middle....The best way I learned about all the things my jeep could do was be around others doing it...hope to learn a lot of what/how hummers do some hard stuff soon....without heading to moab or somewhere! :) john n.

HA! Well she'd prolly be up for is the great thing. My woman likes to camp and take road trips. The grill came that way...it's on the invoice as "Color Matched Grill" or something like that...I'll take a look at it when I can and see if there're part numbers or some other codes on there for ya...I still have a copy of the invoice. I honestly didn't realize it was that way until I was reviewing the payment terms...but I'm really glad it's not chrome...it's a nice little touch that makes it my own...and a little different than most of the others...
