Welcome!! The subs are DEFINATELY custom made. The grill looks like a STRUT. Maybe it was custom made out of an H2 one as there is no listing for an H3 grill on their website? http://www.strutwear.com/index.html I've seen this one on e-Bay, keep checking there.

I don't know why it says "phone unavailable" when you get in. I know why it would say it if you tried to use it. You need to have a number assigned by onstar, to use the phone. If you don't have a number assigned, then when you try to use the phone it will say that it is unavailable. Sometimes, even if you have a current onstar subscription, and have purchased phone minutes, it may take up to a few weeks for them to assign you a number. Until they do, you will get the unavailable message until it takes effect. If it says the message without you even trying to use it, then you may need to check the owners manual to see if there is something that needs to be done to stop it. If you can't find anything, then perhaps you can push the onstar button and see if they have any ideas.

If you're actually in Russia that could be the problem with the phone.. I'd imagine Onstar is a US only thing.. Which brings about the question of how an H3 made for the US market made it's way to Russia in the first place.. Best shot to get the error message to go away would be to pull the fuse to the Onstar though.. Fuse location should be in the owners manual.. -- Rob

But you're right it doesn't work here its only made for the 48 contiguous states. You don't get any error message wen you get in the car . The error message comes only if you try to use ON STAR. so, except if the KGB- or whatever the KGB is called now- has bugged the H3 of our russian friend he should not get ANY message
