Ive noticed my new H3 engine temp gauge shows past the center line often. I took this photo at a red light in 60 degree weather with alot of local driving. Ive never owned a vehicle where the temp needle goes past the center line. It usually ranges from dead center to a little bit above in my H3. Is this normal or is my ride overheating?

Overheating is in the RED.

What was the outside temp? and what was your driving conditions?

When I run on sand for a while, even when temps are cool, that is pretty close to what I see.  Lower on pavement and the highway, about the middle then.
