hi there
i just picked up a 03 h2.i am having a problem with the cigratte lighter and the two aux outlets next to it.the aux fuse is fine.however the lighter fuse is blown.when i go to replace it it instantly blows.any help would be greatly appreiated.i hate to go to the dealer over a lighter.

First, pull the lighter out, then install a new fuse, if it does not blow the cig lighter element is no good. If not, look down in the car side of the lighter, do you see anything in it? If not, grab the vacum and use the hose attachment, turn on the vac and place the hose right over the opening of the car side, anything down there will get sucked out. try a new fuse now, does it work? If not then I suspect one of the grounding wings in the base is bent, rare but it happens

hi guys
just wanted to say thank you for the help.it was actually the lighter part it self that kept blowing fuses.i actually dont smoke but i just wanted to fix everything i could on my new h2.
