Hummer wants $127 a piece for the h2 offroad light brackets that mount to the roof bars. That would be over $500 for 4! Just to hold the lights! Is there another solution or another light holder from another company?

Hello Friend,
1) Get a piece of 2"x4"x5'' piece of pressure treated wood.
2) Spray paint it black.
3) Mount your lights evenly spaced to your 2"x4"x5'' piece of pressure treated wood.(be creative you''ll figure out a way to secure them to the wood)
Or you can cut 4 short pieces of wood, one for each light and mount each individual light to each cut piece of wood.
4) Mount and secure the 2x4x4 piece of pressure treated wood or pieces to the rack using those metal strap ties, the ones with a screw fastener built in. The 4 1/2" size is good, you''ll need about 5 pieces, one at the side of each light or 8 pieces depending on which mounting style you''ve chosen. (see my photo of how I secured my AIR HORN to the rack and you''ll get an idea)
1) Piece of 2"x4"x8'' pressure treated wood: About $5.00
2) One can of FLAT BLACK spray paint: About $5.00
3) Miscellaneous hardware for mounting lights to wood: About $10.00
4) Metal strap ties: About $10.00
Total cost about $30.00
If you construct this very carefully and precise it will look authentic an original.

WOOD? Hopefully that was a joke.
Check out www.grainger.com
You will have to search a little to find them. They have a channel system with the square and stud fixtures. They have them for types of ceiling track for hanging lights etc. from them. Think concert lighting. If I find the page I will post again.
