So I just got back from a day trip from Wisconsin (i''m from Minnesota where we can only buy Snakes and Sparklers). It should have taken less than 2 hours but my buddy took a 2 hr detour! Anyways, what are you getting and how much do you plan to spend?

We got About 70 morters, giant rockets, and some giant ground box things that send 12-300 fireballs exploding into the air. We spent about $320 so far and that was at buy one get one for .99 cents.

Can''t wait to have some fun, wish us luck so we don''t blow anything or anyone up

I find our law funny.  We can buy them, but can''t set them off.   Uhhh...Okay!  So far we have spent $400 on them.  (Buy one get one free).  We''ve bought a lot of cherry bombs.  The beaches do so many beautiful displays, but It''s never fun getting home after one of those events since most people have been drinking all day.  Checked into hotel rooms, and they have a  4 night min. stay this week, so we usually have a party at our house.  We live on a lake, and most neighbors spend about the same amount.  Most guest will bring some too.  I would say last year we had well over $1200 worth that we ended up setting off.  FYI...never a good idea to set the paper bag on fire that the fireworks come home in.  Speaking from experience!  Made for an awesome show, but I''ve never seen so many grown men run so fast in my life!!

None - it''s too dry here. Did you here about the fire around Crown King, AZ? One of the best trails in the area and closed for now because a hiker got lost and set a signal fire.

That, and I just never buy fireworks.
