Around the Denver metro area $3.89 - $3.99 the mountian towns well over $4.00. The cost will continue to increase. The retail gas now was bought months ago at around a $120 per barrel, the $140+, pbo will be comming to a gas station near you soon $3.99 will sound like a bargan of past times. We need to eliminate the enviro red tape crap, drill here, drill now. Then let the oil companies build a few new refineries with minimal restrictions from our own goverment who is being controled by the far left whackos.There are reserves here to last decades. Eventually a large corporation will figure out how to profit from some form of alternative energy source, not some nut case in his garage pouring used tofu grease in his moped. We can thank the United States Congress for the jam they have legislated our country to. Not the oil companies, OPEC or HUMMER owners. By the way congress is on vacation all week (4 th of July) In August they will take their summer vacation.

A-freakin-men. Enuogh with the chicken little''s running around. The solution isnt some ed bagley jr weeniemobile, its INCREASING SUPPLY. Any ivory-tower econimist will tell you that. Why should we have to sacrifice comfort and style when the problem is artifitial and manufactured by our own U.S. Congress? Those burocrats dont care about nothing but they''re own paycheck though. Gotta send em a message at the ballot box this year.

BTW your getting off easy at under four bucks a barrel.
