Convert H3 (5 Cylinder) in LPG

Has anyone convert their H3 to LPG yet? If so, it is worthed and what is the approx. cost of conversion and the mileage LPG per gallon?

You may be on to something... http://www.npga.org/i4a/pages/index.cfm?pageid=914 $1.87 a gallon doesn''''t sound too bad but I don''''t know about the advanced electronics in the I-5 whether it will tolerate LP gas without a LOT of modification. Every kit I saw HAS to have a carburetor and the last time I looked my H3 doesn''t have one.

1/4 to 1/3 less power and mileage. I had a fiend whose father had a propane company. He was going to convert his entire fleet....... he did one truck. He also had a lawn mower that ran on propane which wasn''t bad. Granted it''s been almost 10 years, so things may have changed.
