so I was looking on ebay motors and came across this, now Im very confused. Its an 06 Alpha but it doest have the alpha/duramax badging... it says k12 series. this is very interesting to me because I thought Ive known every type of hummer and this must be extremely rare, it has the alpha interior but very toned down without a radio and with CLOTH SEATS?????? is this a fleet veicle?? if so, I think there was only one yellow fleet sold this mode year (06). I need some help figuring out whats up with this thing.... its very interesting......

ok ok ok shouldve looked into it BEFORE i posted....but this is an incredible find and it is a fleet vehicle! (see attatched image!) there were only 36 made with cloth, only 2 or 3 fleet wagons made and onlt ONE made in yellow. TRULLY ONE OF A KIND! I hope whoever buys it appreciates it as much as I do, I mean its one of the last h1s EVER made,,,, in 07 nonetheless, plus it HASNT EVEN BEEN DRIVEN!!

Very unique vehicle. I may run up Sunday to look at it. If I hadn''t just bought the slantback I might have made a run at this truck.

KSCS is the designation for the "Heavy" varient of the Wagon.... the 10.3 wagon is HMCS....

personally I don''t think its worth 100k+.... but who knows....

Were the Alphas worth 146K...probably not. The uniqueness of this vehicle is where the value comes from. It has all the documentation, low miles and is rare. That is the perfect storm for value for a collector.

I heard they are about $65k each from AMG so there''s quite a mark-up happening (if that number is correct).

Hell if they are 65K each I may have just bought another Hummer. How are they equipped? Are there any open tops?

I bet you could order whatever you wanted (?) but it would have to be a fleet/bulk sale. The amount of $$ GM was inflating the h1''s price was redonkulous. Funny how when the h2 came out it was offered at about the same price the h1 was in the mid 90''s while the h1 doubled with few upgrades to ''04 and nearly tripled for the alpha. The biggest price jump was just before the h2 was released in ''02 the msrp jumped $20k!
