It''s a black 2001 Volvo V70, fully loaded, leather, moonroof, 17" wheels (yeah, small by today''s standards I suppose), new tires, the works. Get''s around 33 to 35 mpg according to the instant-o-meter thingy. It doesn''t have the turbo though. Too many people reporting oil leaks with those, but that little 2.4L I-5 is awesome. It has a 5-speed adaptive automatic transmission. The best part; you can control the transmission shifting with the gas pedal. Pretty cool system. Not just the typical way, but there''s a whole section on how to make it upshift and downshift on demand. It needs a couple of things, either a strut or strut mount, an alignment and soon the CV boots will need replacing. I may get all that done this weekend. I got it about 1500 to 2000 off msrp KBB value. 66k miles on it. Funny thing is it has more cargo room then the H3 That''s why we bought a wagon, that, and it has alot of built in child features. That''s one of the main reasons. It was either a V70 or Outback, and we just couldn''t find an Outback we could afford.

Now you need a tweed jacket, sherlock holmes type pipe, and one of them pigeon rancher hats (like Jackie Stuart)! Black is good, it will sort of look mean.

These are dealer pics, before they waxed it. I''''''''ll take some better ones this weekend. I might tint the windows and am looking for roof rails for it. [image]http://images.cars.com/supersized/DMI/173/H83349A.09.jpg[/Iimage]

The car looks new, but whoever washed it originally did a crappy job. Note the bugs on the bumper Those are all gone now.

Thanks! Hopefully I''ll have some energy to take better pics. I''m pretty exhausted this week.
