the least they could do is get the options on the H3 right... leather seats = NA?, nav = NA? who agrees with me that the red H3 resembles a brick & the yellow FJ resembles a tater-tot? c'mon... you know its true!

You know, I try not to stereotype, but you guys are right. Every time I see a man driving a FJ, I just think that something doesn't look right. It's like the Mitsu Eclipse. It's an awsome little car, but guys just don't look right driving them. Or how about seeing young guys/gals driving Sebring Convertibles. I personally love the Sebring convertible. I still want one, but my wife says its like a Caddy, where "only old people drive those cars" but when you look at who drives what, it's true!

I must confess I was looking at both before I made my decision. The FJ does have some decent technology going for it but com'on, compare it to a Hummer? NAHHHH And when you add the options on its comparable in price. I bought mine about a month ago and I LOVE it. I read so many articles about it being underpowered but I have no problems on hills or driving 85 on the highway and yes, passing too. The turning ratio is better on the H3 too. I was driving a black Hemi Magnum but the Hummer can turn some heads. And comfort and looks just can't compare. I think your right, the FJ is a chicks ride.

It is not easy to visually see why the H3 is mechanically better than the FJ but just look at the interior design. The FJ is all plastic crap and looks like the toy dashboard I used to play with when I was 6 years old. The H3 is well designed and looks classy. The dark metal sections help it not look cheap like the FJ. The quality of the materials is first class while the FJ looks like a toy, a bad toy.The H3 won awards for its design of its interior. It is nice too having wheel wells large enough to fill up with 315's as the H3 looks very truck-like, business-like with real meaty tires and 315's work fine without any mods at all. It almost looks like another H3 model since it makes such a big difference. If someone would help me post photos I would take a pic of my H3 parked on top of a FJ to show you what I mean.

Seriously, trying to be objective here, the F-GAY Cruiser honestly looks like a toy, a cheap toy. My uncle has one. They are a poor homage to the FJ of the past.
