18psi on the trail is safe.  Anything below that IMO, you risk blowing that bead.  Sand, I''m not sure on yet.

I''m also running a 35" tire.  There is more sidewall to flex that the stock 33''s.  So again, it really depends on the tire and terrain you will be running.

The stock 33''s I''d stay around the 16 to 18 psi as well.

That power Tank is the only way to go.  I have had one for three years.  The only issue I have had is that everyone you wheel with will wnat to use it!!!!

The other thing to metion about the power tanks:  MAKE SURE YOU ANCHOR THEM DOWN THE PROPER WAY!!!!  If that tank comes loose in a rollover or serious change in side slope.  Your goign to break interior pannels, dmage cargo, or worse yet hurt someone.  MOUNT THE TANK!!!!

I run 5-8 PSI on the beach in my K5 with 33 12.50 15s.  I havn''t had the H3 in sand yet.

I still stand by the 25% rule, it works on any vehicle with any tire and wheel setup.

The powertank is insainly over priced.  You can put your own together for less than half the price.  You can even scale it down and use tanks for paintball guns which are cheep and easy to store.
