how does one become a HOPE member and/or what are the qualifications?

You have to be a THCI member, have a good driving record, pass First Aid and CPR classes, get your Trail endorsement through THCI and a few other small things. If you go to The Hummer Club, Inc website you can click on the HOPE link and find out all of the info. A number of us are HOPE certified. Just another way to give back to the community and use your truck to help the community.
