I'm assuming this very easy from looking at it. There aren't any secrets I'll find out when I start doing it are there? I'm assuming I should disconnect the battery beforehand.

Yes, disconnect the battery. Removal instructions will come from PCMforless. Pull up the red locking tab, lift the hinged gray locking tab on the front and pull the plug straight out from the socket. It's a little easier to get your hands in there to reach the plugs if you remove the pcm from it's mounting bracket first by releasing the snap in tab on each side. Pretty simple and only takes a couple of minutes.
