Is there a fuse block, when you open the driver''s door, on the side of the dash? If so, how do you access it? I assume you pull on the plastic piece....but I don''t want to pull it to hard....

Yeah it is held in with 4 clips... one at the bottom where the picture of the fuse is... 1 in the upper middle and two at the top by the hole

Pull at the bottom and if you look you can see the one clip.  Then work your finger or a trim tool in there and pop the top ones.  It fits very snug.

Those clips are pretty strong.  As long as you pry out and not at an angle you shouldn''t break them.

BTW... your spare fuses and fuse puller are mounted on the panel inside.
