will a lift off an 05 h2 fit on an 03?

I don't see why not. Everything is the same. The only thing I would look into is the air suspension, if it has it.

I am not aware of anything that would require a change. Like Blackstangs said if one of the trucks had the air suspension and they other didn't there may be some issues to look into.
