Status: offline When we lived in VA we had the inspections to worry about (not here in OH though). I had the exhaust on my Ram dump out under the bed just past the cab area. I don't advise putting it under the cab with/without a state inspection though. It was very loud in the cab on acceleration and HWY speed.
